LOL, a poem

I just realized I've never posted a poem here and I love poetry and writing, so here's a really short one that is actually rather horrible but I'm kind of attatched to it.
"The Rose"
Tell me that
the way this water spills unevenly
out of the corridored heart
of a rose
is not the way my life
will trip
and fall into the future

Poems are just so great... I was in this poetry workshop last year, it was so fun to hear everyone's poems. The only bad thing about my poems or any of my writing is I have a hard time writing impersonally so it's all really revealing. I hate reading it in public, I feel like I'm wandering around in my neglige (I wonder if I spelled that right... needs the fancy French accent anyway).
Well I'm reading Aristotle and Kant... very very interesting... Aristotle's a bit obsessed with change and conservation of matter...
